Ready to Achieve Mentoring Program, RAMP, is a career-focused mentoring program serving high school students with disabilities or at risk of entering the juvenile justice system.  RAMP uses a combination of group, peer, and on-to-one mentoring in order to assist the students' transition out of high school.  By addressing work-readiness skills, résumé writing, and interviewing skills, participants increase confidence, self-esteem, and dependability allowing the students to become better prepared for life after high school.
